Out of the mind

Gone once again. “Lost in my own world” as they say. Looking into the nothingness of my sight. Having complete control of my view but not of that moment. Just looking at it, lost in thought but, not really paying it any attention. The feeling of just being there entertained in your consciousness for a moment and “Boom” you’re pulled back to reality, taking a moment to regain complete sense of the feel, place and time you are in. Looking into yourself again but now present into the world.

Here we go again lost in the figurative painting in front of your eyes. Looking at it while not actually looking into it, more so resting on it. Just letting your eyes rest on it maybe giving your mind the leisure to think about whatever it might want to. Lost in the thought of your day, the design of a building, the words of a friend or just in nothing. Felling completely into your mind, while not having anything to think of at the moment or having everything to think about.

In your mind every word you can possible give yourself the pleasure to understand. Breaking its shackles for a moment regardless of whether you need to think about them or not. Just letting them flow. Sometimes these moments are the ones we need the most to understand ourselves and those around us. When we get lost staring at wall or into the nothingness for a moment. Letting go of ourselves to just rest our minds into whatever it wanders into.

Giving ourselves the magic of a moment of complete silence for us to let our minds wander for a moment. Being out of our mind and into our consciousness.
