As negative as they seem?

Regrets, sorrow and anger. Three emotions we all feel at some point. Inherently thought to be negative and part of an unnecessary but inevitable feeling of guilt. We are taught to neglect these ¨negative¨ emotions and move forward while placing them in oblivion. However, I challenge you to do something technically different. I challenge you to acknowledge that feeling and move from there. Even if acknowledging these emotions hurts, it might actually have something very important to teach you.

Look into them. Look for their most prime source and, do not allow yourself to be difracted into the mindless depictions that may show around it. Only this way we can find our most unknowledge sources of happiness, peacefulness and even achievement. Many times when we decide to look deep into them we realize that we may not be as strong or unwavering as we thought. We realize our biggest most beautiful weaknesses.

While all these emotions can be harmful and even dangerous uncontrolled they can be amazing masters to our character if we control them and give them recognition. If we devote more time to ourselves maybe we can finally be able to come together and realize that we all share basic characterics that make us very alike yet very different. All these characteristics come influence how we connect with each other and with who we connect.

We connect by many means and one of the stronger ones is emotion. We connect when we as a group feel the same emotions simultaneously ; love, care, sorrow and even hate or anger. Let’s take a moment to look into ourselves and decide to connect for the right reasons.

Just take a moment and be mindful of how you feel and why you feel this way. Just this can totally change how you look at yourselves, others and even how you connect with them.
