As part of Excel Contractors Team I performed as the IT Coordinator for their operations in PR.

STEP(Sheltering and Temporary Essential Power) Program: Tu Hogar Renace(Your House Reborn) : Managed by the government of Puerto Rico, a homeowner’s primary residence may be eligible for necessary repairs to return the home to safe, habitable and functional conditions. Work includes repairs to keep roofs from leaking, replacement of damaged windows and doors, repairs to damaged walls, and water heaters.
In here I was responsible for:
- Contractor Performance Analysis: Providing insight of average construction times, prediction of sub-contractors performance
- Information Management: Keeping our sub-contractors up to date with the latest policy releases and changes
- Data Base Management: Developer Administrator for the database used in he project. Research and Development for the database system used. Including and not limited to:
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing software, clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
- Design and update software database.
- Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
- Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
- IT Coordination: IT Coordinator for the project in PR.
- Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees.
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.
- Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means.
